What Information Do We Collect?

Job Applicants

If your Information is submitted when applying for a position with us, the Information will be used solely in connection with considering and acting upon your application. We may retain your Information for a period, but only for the purpose of considering your application for current or future available positions or as required by law.

How Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell your information. We may share your information with our business partners, affiliates or third-party service providers, in which case we will require those parties to honor this privacy notice, as follows:

  • In certain circumstances we may provide your Personal Information to third parties to perform services and functions, including providers of hosting services, customer service vendors, payment processors, cloud services, email communication software, or web analytics services.

We may provide links to third-party integrations, which are websites or platforms that collaborate with our Site to increase its functionality, such as offering job application services. We do not have control over these third parties’ external websites.

 

We cannot be held responsible for the privacy or other practices of such external sites, and we cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Information you provide or that is collected by those sites. Generative Artificial Intelligence

We may utilize third-party generative artificial intelligence (AI) services to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our tax filing processes. This involves sharing specific data necessary for the execution of these services. Our third-party AI service providers are carefully selected for their expertise, and they are bound by contractual agreements to handle your information securely and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. The data shared is limited to what is essential for the tax filing process, and we do not permit these services providers to use your information in any other way, or for any other purposes. PAG remains committed to safeguarding your privacy and PAG is dedicated to transparent data practices.

 

As a PAG client, you can opt out of the use of generative AI services for your tax filing process. If you choose to opt out, please contact us through one of the methods listed in the “How You Can Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy, and we will ensure that your data is processed through conventional methods without involving AI technologies. We are committed to respecting your preferences, and your decision to opt out will not affect other aspects of our services.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

PAG, including all nationwide firms and related entities, are committed to taking reasonable precautions to safeguard Personal Information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure of information, including your Personal Information. We share Personal Information externally only where federal and state law allows or requires it. Internally, it’s our policy to limit the access, use, and disclosure of Personal Information to be in line with the job duties of our associates, as well as applicable law. While we implement these measures, they may not be sufficient to ensure complete security for Personal Information. As a user, you play a vital role in protecting your data. It’s important that you take steps to prevent unauthorized access to your passwords and computer.

 

We store Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purposes of collection unless applicable law requires or permits a longer retention period.

What Are Your Options Regarding Your Information?

Accessing and Correcting Personal Information. You may request access to or update the Personal Information that we hold about you. You can contact us through one of the methods listed in the “How Can You Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy. Please include your current contact information, the information that you are interested in accessing, and your requested changes. After authenticating your request, we will provide you with the Personal Information that you requested or make your requested changes if (i) the information is reasonably available; (ii) the information does not infringe on the privacy of other individuals, and (iii) the disclosure or changing the information is not otherwise prohibited by law or our internal policies or procedures. For all requests, we will reasonably describe the types of Personal Information that we generally collect, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

 

Do Not Track is a privacy preference that can be configured in your Internet search browser. By enabling this preference, you send a signal to websites, indicating that you do not wish the website operator to track specific browsing information about you. Please note that our Site is not currently set up to detect Do Not Track signals from users’ computers. As a result, we are currently unable to respond to Do Not Track requests.

Will This Privacy Policy Change?

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect relevant changes in our information practices. We will notify you of material changes by posting the changed or modified Privacy Policy via the Site, or to a method of notification you have provided. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified, and your continued use of the Site, or our services, after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy will constitute your consent to those changes.

California, Colorado, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas or Utah who is a natural person, these states have Privacy Acts which provide certain rights concerning your Personal Information, unless an exception applies. Certain information is excepted from these Privacy Acts if it is subject to other state and federal laws.
